2. good =4pts
3. stisfactory= 3pts
4. needs improvment= 2pts
5.unsatisfactory=1pts

1. introduction: Gains the attention of the audience. Clearly identies the topic
2. Prepartion: completetely prepared, has abvisously rehearsed te speech
3. Ethusiasm: facial expressiom and body language concvey strong enthusiasm and interested
4. Eye contact : with audience virtualy the time ( expect for brief glance at notes
5. use of languagee: use of language contributes to effectivness of speech, and vocalizied pauses (um.uh,er) not distracting
6.confidence : speaks neither too quickly nor too slowly
7. Clarity : speaks clearly and distinctly all the time , no mispronounced words.
8. topic: well fociused creative and appropriate
9. attire : shirts neatly tucked in skirts and or pants no distracting jewelru or accesories
10. cues: cues the audience that end of the speech is at handbrings clousure memorable
11: within alloted time
